1. Overview By accessing or using the TLC for Me website (tlcforme.net) or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. TLC for Me is a Chicago-based mobile beauty company providing professional hair, color, nail, makeup, lash, and bridal services throughout Chicagoland and surrounding areas.
2. Appointments & Booking All appointments are scheduled through our online booking system. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team. TLC for Me reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future services.
4. Pricing All service prices are starting rates and may vary based on hair length, density, condition, and complexity. Final pricing will be confirmed at or before the time of service. Travel fees may apply based on location and will be communicated prior to your appointment.
5. Travel Fees A travel fee may be applied to appointments outside our primary service area. Travel fees are assessed based on location and distance and will be disclosed before booking is confirmed.
6. Service Results Results may vary based on the client's hair type, condition, and history of chemical services. TLC for Me technicians are licensed professionals who will assess your hair prior to performing any chemical service. We reserve the right to decline services that may compromise the health or integrity of your hair.
7. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their hair history, including previous chemical treatments, allergies, or sensitivities. TLC for Me is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed information.
8. Independent Contractors Services are performed by licensed, insured independent contractors operating under the TLC for Me brand. All contractors are background-checked and hold valid Illinois cosmetology licenses.
9. Digital Products Digital products including downloadable guides and e-books are sold as-is. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital product purchases. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand the product content and agree to these terms.
10. Intellectual Property All content on this website including text, images, logos, and digital products is the property of TLC for Me and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability TLC for Me and its contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
12. Privacy We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
13. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
14. Changes to Terms TLC for Me reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
