Refund Policy

At TLC for Me Mobile Services, our goal is to provide exceptional mobile beauty services and ensure every client has a positive experience. We believe clear communication and consultation are key to achieving desired results.

Mobile Service Refund Policy

Before services begin, the technician and client will conduct a consultation to discuss expectations, desired outcomes, and the services to be performed.

If a client is dissatisfied with their service, they must notify TLC for Me within 7 days of the original appointment date.

TLC for Me is happy to provide a complimentary adjustment or correction service when:

  • The concern is reported within 7 days

  • The requested adjustment falls within the scope of the original consultation and agreed-upon service goals

  • The correction relates directly to the original service performed

Complimentary corrections do not apply to:

  • Changes in preference after the service is completed that differ from what was discussed during consultation

  • Requests for additional services outside the original appointment scope

  • Services performed, altered, or corrected by another provider after the appointment

  • Normal wear, home maintenance issues, or failure to follow aftercare recommendations

Correction appointments are subject to technician availability and must be completed by a TLC for Me technician.

Refunds are generally not issued for completed services, as professional time, travel, and services have already been rendered. Our goal is always to work with clients to resolve concerns whenever possible.

Deposits & Travel Fees

Any deposits collected for appointments are applied toward the scheduled service.

Deposits may be non-refundable in cases of late cancellations, no-shows, or cancellations made outside the company cancellation policy.

Travel fees, when applicable, are non-refundable once services have been performed.

Please refer to our booking and cancellation policies for additional details.

Digital Products & Downloads Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the fact that files are delivered instantly upon purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Parent guides

  • Children’s books and coloring books

  • Printable materials

  • Downloadable resources

  • Educational digital products

Once access or download has been provided, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns cannot be issued.
